For the first time ever, the October 6-16 Fantasy Film Festival of Sitges (Garraf) (Festival Internacional de Cinema Fantàstic de Sitges) will be opened with a movie whose original version is in Catalan. The film “Eva” constitutes the debut work Kike Maillo. Among other productions with a local connection, the organizers point out Mientras Duermes by Jaume Balagueró and La Mujer del Eternauta by Adán Aliaga.
Personally, I wonder if this will be the year when I make my debut as a visitor of this festival. I seem to always find excuses not to go...
